A thoughtful space for whatever life is asking of you.
Therapy offers space to understand what you are experiencing, recognize patterns that may be shaping how you feel and respond, and move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
Sometimes the reason for seeking therapy is clear. Other times, it begins with the feeling that something isn’t quite right. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, caught in familiar patterns, or no longer feel like yourself, even if you cannot yet put those experiences into words.
Therapy can offer a place to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and consider what you need moving forward.

Trauma & Difficult Life Experiences
Experiences from the past or present that continue to shape how you feel, relate, or respond.
Life Transitions & Burnout
Navigating career changes, caregiving, major decisions, shifting roles, or periods when life simply feels like too much.
How we work together.
Understanding before intervention. We begin by making sense of your experiences, patterns, relationships, and the context surrounding what you are going through.
Evidence guided, personally tailored. Therapy draws from established psychological approaches while remaining responsive to who you are and what you need.
Collaborative by nature. Therapy is something we do together. Your perspective, goals, pace, and lived experience remain central to the work.
Understanding the whole person
Care considers your experiences, relationships, strengths and current concerns.
Evidence-informed care
Psychological approaches are tailored through clinical evaluation and collaborative care planning.
A collaborative process
Your goals and perspective guide the work, with the pace and frequency considered together.
Begin with a conversation
A 15-minute consultation considers whether there appears to be a reasonable fit to proceed. It is not a clinical evaluation or acceptance into treatment. The practice may use administrative review instead when a consultation is unnecessary.
Understand the next step and fee
If there is a reasonable basis to proceed, we explain the service, self-pay fee and financial terms. After you choose to proceed, the practice can invite you to schedule an intake.
Attend the Intake Evaluation
The 90-minute intake is the clinical evaluation where treatment appropriateness and care planning are considered. An invitation to intake does not guarantee acceptance into ongoing treatment.
Plan ongoing appointments
When treatment is established, the practice arranges recurring 60-minute appointments or specifically authorizes flexible follow-up scheduling. Booster or return appointments are 60 minutes and may require renewed review.
Greater self-understanding
Recognizing patterns and understanding what may be driving them.
More emotional steadiness
Developing ways to respond to difficult emotions without feeling consumed by them.
Healthier relationships
Strengthening communication, boundaries, and the way you relate to yourself and others.
Greater confidence moving forward
Making decisions and navigating change with more clarity and intention.
Individual Therapy
One-to-one psychological care tailored to your concerns and goals.
Session Length
The initial Intake Evaluation is 90 minutes. Ongoing therapy and booster/return appointments are 60 minutes.
